REFUND POLICY
We want you to LOVE everything you purchase from us, of course we do! However there are rare occasions that one of our Paintings or Prints may not fit your space or the item was not as expected, we get it! We completely understand! We offer an easy returns policy and will happily accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. All you have to do is to return your item in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Please be advised that return postage is the responsibility of the Buyer. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, then please don't panic, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted back to you so please be patient. If you are still worried it has been some time and that haven't received your refund yet, then please do not hesitate to contact us at SweetLillyLoves@SweetLillyLoves.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
This is only applicable to Prints and not Original Artworks. We only replace prints if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same print, then please send us an email at SweetLillyLoves@SweetLillyLoves.com and we can complete the exchange process
Shipping
Dependent on where you live in this wonderful world some deliveries can take some time to arrive, some deliveries can take between 7-30 business days from when payment has been received to arrive so please be patient. Delivery is normally with you a lot sooner than this, but this is dependent on your location and delivery restrictions for your country. We try to get your item to you as quickly as possible.
