Original Artworks

Each original Sweet Lilly Loves artwork is hand-painted and one of a kind. Once an original artwork has sold, it is no longer available as an original piece.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing, including the artwork size, materials, and any notes about color, texture, or finish.

I do my best to photograph each artwork as accurately as possible, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, and the natural shimmer or detail within the piece.

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are coming soon to Sweet Lilly Loves.

Prints will be professionally captured and produced with care to honor the detail, depth, and feeling of the original artwork. Print sizes, materials, and shipping information will be provided clearly once available.

Commissions

Commissioned artworks are custom-made especially for you. Full payment is required upfront before your commissioned piece is started, as materials, planning, and creative time are committed specifically to your artwork.

Because commissions are personal and made to order, they cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind once work has begun.

If there is an issue with your commissioned artwork, please contact me so we can discuss it properly and find a fair solution.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through the website checkout. Available payment options will be shown at checkout.

Sweet Lilly Loves does not personally store your credit card or bank details.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged to help protect your artwork or product during delivery.

Shipping timeframes may vary depending on your location, the size of the item, and the delivery method available at checkout. Tracking details will be provided where available.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Returns and Refunds

Please choose carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about size, color, materials, shipping, or suitability, please contact me before purchasing.

Because original artworks and commissioned artworks are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or custom-made, returns for a change of mind are not generally accepted.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or has a major problem, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help resolve it.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the packaging and item.

Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as it may be needed for delivery or insurance purposes.
